2. Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Form
   Please use this form to request a book or AV item not available in the Old Colony Library Network (OCLN).
   
   To request an article, use the ILL Article Request Form.
   
   - You must be a registered Paul Pratt Memorial Library (PPML) cardholder to use this form.
   - Please ensure that the item(s) you are requesting are not available locally.
   - First check the Online OCLN catalog to find the item you want. You will need your library card number and PIN.
   - If not available in the OCLN network, please check the Commonwealth Catalog. You will need your library card number.
   - If the item is not in either online catalog, please use this online form or speak directly with library staff.
   - When the item(s) are available, you will be notified by telephone or email. All requested items must be picked up at the PPML Circulation Desk.
   - Please submit a separate request for each item you would like us to borrow.
   - If you need a magazine or newspaper article, please use the ILL Article Request Form.
